Consulting
A passion for partnering with organisations, who are dedicated to continual improvement in the invaluable work they do has led me to offering a consulting service.
For the past 15 years, I have had the opportunity to support individuals and families across a variety of settings, including: acute, community mental health, school counselling, pastoral care, youth and family work, trauma and community recovery. This depth of experience has allowed me to work in a variety of roles including leadership and management, supporting multi-disciplinary teams of clinicians in diverse programs while improving existing processes and policies, and building stronger, more efficient teams and programs.
It would be a privilege to work alongside your organisation in a consulting capacity. I’d love to hear from you to start the conversation
Areas of specialisation include:
Program and framework development
Leadership development, mentoring, coaching
Staff wellbeing and support programs
Team support and debriefs following critical incidents/ crisis
Educational/ team building workshops
Process / policy review

“Waminda has worked with Christina fairly intensively over the past couple of years, we engaged Christina initially as an external clinical supervisor for our staff’s wellbeing but given the success of this work we more recently (last 12 months) have engaged Christina in organisational wellbeing policy and procedural development. This has involved us relooking at how we engage our external supervisors, how we assess their work and their cultural safety, we have also explored a group supervision model, which Christina has developed from scratch under the guidance of senior Aboriginal staff. We intend on continuing the work with Christina, as we have found her to be extremely collaborative, respectful, conscious of her privilege as well as engaging, but importantly she has been responsive and can deliver work of a very high calibre in a short space of time. We highly recommend Christina (Radiance Wellbeing) in this space, she has proven to be a great asset to our organisation”
